Frequency

The best way to gauge your own need is to start by adding one sachet immediately after your most intense sessions/match/event. For example, by this recommendation a 70kg athlete should aim to consume at least 70g of carbohydrates in each hour for a total of 4 hours following intense exercise (a total of 280g over the 4 hours) and at least 14g of good quality protein during each of the 4 hours to achieve a total of 56g.
